TapDat

Effective September 15, 2026

Terms of Service

These terms apply to TapDat’s NFC cards, customer-feedback pages, dashboards, reports, and related support. By purchasing or using a TapDat service, you agree to these terms.

Service

TapDat connects a business-specific page to the review destination supplied by the business. TapDat may provide private feedback, notifications, analytics, reporting, and NFC card setup. A TapDat interaction or Google-page visit does not confirm that a public review was posted.

Business responsibilities

You must provide accurate business information, use TapDat only with genuine customers, protect private dashboard links, respond lawfully to customer contact information, and follow Google’s policies and applicable review, advertising, privacy, and communications laws. Do not offer incentives conditioned on positive sentiment, suppress reviews, or use TapDat to mislead customers.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly service renews monthly until canceled. Annual service is billed for one year in advance and renews annually at the price disclosed before purchase. A bundle may include an introductory service period followed by recurring billing on the disclosed start date. You may cancel before the next renewal by using the Stripe customer portal when available or by emailing TapDatNFC@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally refund a period already paid, except where required by law.

Cards, bundles, refunds, and delivery

A card-only purchase opens the review destination supplied by the business and does not include the monthly dashboard service unless stated at purchase. Service bundles include only the cards, setup period, location count, and service term disclosed in the offer. Physical cards are programmed for the business information provided. Report incorrect, defective, or damaged cards promptly. Custom-programmed cards are otherwise non-refundable to the extent allowed by law. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

No guarantees

TapDat does not guarantee reviews, ratings, revenue, uninterrupted service, or removal of negative reviews. Google and Google Maps are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies.

Acceptable use and suspension

We may suspend access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, policy violations, or conduct that could harm customers, businesses, TapDat, or a third-party platform.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TapDat is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party platform changes, or customer-provided content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
